Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses, and all international orders, are charged the carrier's live rate shown at checkout.
International orders are shipped DAP: import duties, taxes and carrier fees are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 pm Pacific Time count as placed on the next business day. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the service you choose at checkout; we do not promise a delivery date.
Orders over $200 are shipped insured. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the day you receive your order, with the product tag still attached. For customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, the return window is 14 days.
Return postage is paid by the customer. International customers arrange and pay for their own return shipment.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Earrings, art pieces and art collections, and any item marked Final sale cannot be returned.
Items marked Final sale include all earrings, all art prints and framed art, and all thangka pendants.

Why does a product page say the piece does not ship to the UK or EU?
This piece does not ship to the United Kingdom or the European Union. That line appears on pieces made mainly of wood, bodhi seed or bodhi root. Pieces in which wood is only one component, and framed art, ship to every country we serve.

Are your stones natural or lab-created?
Each product page names its materials literally, in the title and in the specification table. Lab-created stones are labelled lab-created: for example lab-created cubic zirconia, lab-created ruby (red corundum) and lab-created yellow jade. Cubic zirconia is a lab-created diamond simulant; it is not a diamond.
What does gold plated mean at GrainMoon?
Gold plated means a layer of gold over a base metal; the piece is not solid gold. Where the plating is known, the product page states it, for example 18K gold plating, single-layer electroplating, 2.5 μm. Solid 18K gold appears only as small accent beads on some Hetian jade pieces, with the weight stated (about 0.03 g to 0.06 g).
Do the traditional meanings of a stone or symbol come with a guarantee?
No. When a page says a material is traditionally associated with protection, calm or fortune, it describes a tradition or belief. It is not a medical claim or a promised result.
What does One of a kind mean?
A piece marked One of a kind exists once. The item in the photographs is the item you receive.
Do you also sell on Etsy?
Yes. GrainMoon also has a shop on Etsy. The two catalogs only partly overlap, and an order placed on Etsy follows Etsy's shipping and return terms.
