Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the day you receive your order, with the product tag still attached. For customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, the return window is 14 days.

What cannot be returned

Earrings, art pieces and art collections, and any item marked Final sale cannot be returned.

An item that cannot be returned shows this line on its product page and in the cart before you buy:

Final sale: this item cannot be returned.

Items marked Final sale include all earrings, all art prints and framed art, and all thangka pendants.

Condition

The product tag must still be attached. The piece must be unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by the customer. International customers arrange and pay for their own return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

How to start a return

To start a return, email support@grainmoon.com.

Include your order number and the reason for the return. If an item arrived damaged or faulty, include a clear photo of it.

Etsy orders

Orders placed through the GrainMoon shop on Etsy follow Etsy's return terms for that order.
