These terms apply to every visit to grainmoon.com and every order placed on it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Agreement to terms

GrainMoon operates this website from Redwood City, California, USA. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, designs and artwork on this site belong to GrainMoon or to the artists and designers who made them. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use this website with respect, both for the art and for others.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to hack, transmit harmful code, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Product descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can: literal material names, measurements where we have them, and photographs of the piece. Natural stone, wood, amber and pearl vary in colour and pattern, and a screen cannot show colour exactly. Lab-created stones are labelled as lab-created. Traditional meanings attached to a material or symbol are described as tradition or belief, never as a medical or guaranteed result.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund provided if payment was made.
Payment must be received before goods are shipped.
Many pieces exist only once. If a piece sells on another channel before your order is accepted, we cancel the order and refund it in full.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, DC) is $9.99, and free on orders of $199 or more. Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 pm Pacific Time count as placed on the next business day. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the service you choose at checkout; we do not promise a delivery date. 7. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the day you receive your order, with the product tag still attached. For customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, the return window is 14 days. Earrings, art pieces and art collections, and any item marked Final sale cannot be returned. See the Refund policy for details on eligibility, timeframes and process.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GrainMoon's liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms and every order placed on this site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute connected with these terms or with an order is brought in the courts located in the State of California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
